SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

CHANGES ARE ACCEPTED BY SIZES ONLY IF THEY DO NOT COINCIDE WITH THE BRAND'S MEASUREMENT TABLE OR THE MEASUREMENTS SENT BY THE CLIENT.

THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITIONS IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

OUR GOAL IS TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASED PRODUCT, YOU CAN EXCHANGE IT WITHIN A PERIOD OF FIFTEEN (15) DAYS, STARTING FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.

TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE, THE PRODUCTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • THEY MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED, WASHED, OR DAMAGED.

  • THEY MUST RETAIN THE ORIGINAL LABEL.

  • WE RECOMMEND TRYING ON THE GARMENTS BEFORE REMOVING THE LABEL.

  • THEY MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

 

 

QUALITY CLAIMS

QUALITY CLAIMS IF YOU HAVE USED THE GARMENT APPROPRIATELY AND ENCOUNTER A QUALITY ISSUE,

WE WILL ACKNOWLEDGE THE REPAIR OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT,

AND ALL TRANSPORTATION COSTS YOU INCURRED WILL BE REIMBURSED.

IF YOUR REQUEST FOR WARRANTY IS NOT ACCEPTED AFTER EVALUATION

BY OUR TEAM DUE TO FAILURE TO MEET THE CONDITIONS INDICATED ABOVE,

WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR CLAIM TO ARRANGE

FOR RETURN SHIPMENT, WHICH YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR UPON DELIVERY TO THE TRANSPORT COMPANY.

BEFORE FILING A CLAIM,WE RECOMMEND CONSULTING THE COMMON

REASONS FOR EXCHANGE REJECTIONS DUE TO IMPROPER USAGE OF GARMENTS:

  • FAILURE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITHIN TWO (2) MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS DELIVERED.

  • FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR WASHING AND CARE OF THE GARMENT.

  • MACHINE WASHING OR TUMBLE DRYING THE GARMENT.

  • USE OF DEODORANTS CONTAINING CHEMICALS THAT DISCOLOR FABRICS.

  • USE OF CHEMICALS OR BLEACH DURING WASHING.

  • FADING DUE TO DIRECT SUN DRYING.

  • ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS MADE BY THE CLIENT THAT RESULTED IN DAMAGE.

  • IRONING PRINTS, APPLIQUÉS, OR EMBROIDERY AT HIGH TEMPERATURES.

  • NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF THE GARMENT.

  • ARTISANAL FINISHES THAT MAKE EACH GARMENT UNIQUE WITH IRREGULARITIES WITHIN THE SAME BATCH.

IN CASE IVORY HAS MISTAKENLY SENT AN ITEM OTHER THAN WHAT WAS REQUESTED,

WE WILL ARRANGE FOR THE EXCHANGE.

ALL TRANSPORTATION COSTS WILL BE REIMBURSED.

THE INCORRECT PRODUCT AND SEND YOU THE CORRECT ONE.
